If you are not chocolate coffee or a German shepherd I’m going to need shirt. I always have a hard time trying to figure out ways to work around a sore wrist or shoulder or whatever happens to be giving me trouble that day. I tend to just get frustrated and lose motivation. You can even have the muscle mass to support them, but if the joint is gone – its gone. Would love to know what exercises can replace lunges and squats. Years of dance have tore up my knees and ankles, so sometimes no matter how bad I might want to.
